An Eternal & Dynamic Universe

One of the most fundamental questions in modern physics is why concepts such as antimatter, dark energy, dark matter, and special particles like the Higgs Boson must be invoked to explain the universe and to strive toward a Grand Unified Theory of Everything. What if, instead, these entities do not exist as currently understood or invoked? What if a simpler explanation—an eternal, dynamic universe—accounts for all observations without the need for such specific constructs?

If we look around at nature, we see that everything is recycled. The humans who existed a thousand years ago have had their bodies returned to the earth, becoming part of trees, which bear fruit, which in turn becomes food for animals, and eventually sustains other humans. The cycle continues indefinitely. In the same way, stars that go supernova or entire galaxies that die must transform, with their energy and matter giving birth to new stars and galaxies elsewhere. This aligns with the law of conservation of energy and matter: energy is neither created nor destroyed but only changes form, and matter is neither created nor destroyed but only changes shape, form, and state.

The universe appears to be a dynamic system, one where nothing is static or stationary. Everything is continuously changing form, and energy is constantly transferring from one state to another. The cosmos is in perpetual motion, and nothing is ever at rest. When something is at rest, it tends to stagnate, decompose, or degrade. Thus, the cosmos is inherently dynamic. What we refer to as 'time' is the measurement of these dynamics—the continual aging of things, the unending sequence of events, and the eternal shaping and unfolding of the universe. When we say "time never stops," we mean that these processes of change and transformation are perpetual. Even in moments of apparent stillness, such as a monk in deep meditation, there is the continuous arising and dissolution of thoughts, memories, and experiences.

In this view, everything in existence is in motion—nothing is at rest, not even our consciousness. This perpetual motion and transformation are fundamental properties of the universe, making it a dynamic system in which everything is interrelated and interconnected. Day follows night, and night follows day in an endless cycle that no scientific endeavor can halt or break. Time, then, is the manifestation of this unceasing movement.

Even what we call 'empty space' or vacuum is not truly 'nothing.' Instead, it is a vast potential from which everything arises and into which everything returns. Empty space acts as a recycling ground where the matter and energy from dead stars and galaxies reassemble, giving birth to new stars and galaxies elsewhere. The universe may or may not be infinite, but it is difficult to conceive of it as anything other than eternal. The universe's constant flux, motion, and dynamic progression perpetually give rise to 'time,' and within this ever-changing space, all matter and energy are recycled.

Even if we cannot conclusively prove that the universe can arise from nothing (or empty space), space itself serves as a medium for all creation and recreation—a platform for all matter and energy to assemble, disassemble, and reform. Space is extraordinary, enabling the entire universe of light, matter, and energy to exist. Unless we can completely annihilate matter and energy into absolute nothingness, there's no reason to believe that new galaxies won't be formed from the remnants of the old.

So, is the universe finite or infinite? We do not know. But is the universe eternal? It seems it must be, unless one can prove how time itself began, or how the universe emerged from a random fluctuation in a singularity, better known as the "Big Bang."

Enhancing Human Capabilities

The ultimate goal of leveraging knowledge and technology should be the enhancement of human capabilities.

This concept, encompasses not just economic and technological development but also the development of non-material values such as :

- self-expression,

- creativity,

- spirituality,

- wisdom, and

- the quality of communication and cooperation.

To foster these capabilities, educational institutions must create environments that nurture creativity and innovation while also promoting critical thinking and emotional intelligence.

Programs that integrate the arts, humanities, and social sciences with science and technology can provide a well-rounded education that equips individuals with the skills and mindset needed to navigate the complexities of the modern world.

Moreover, the promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration within academic institutions can lead to the development of innovative solutions that address global challenges in a holistic manner.

By breaking down the silos between different fields of study, institutions can foster a culture of cooperation and collective problem-solving that transcends traditional boundaries.

The Role of Education in a Knowledge Society

In today’s rapidly evolving knowledge society, the role of education, particularly in higher education institutions, extends far beyond the mere dissemination of information.

It involves fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Lifelong learning and self-directed learning paradigms are pivotal in this regard.

They encourage individuals to engage with knowledge throughout their lives, ensuring that they remain adaptable and equipped to tackle complex global challenges.

Higher education institutions must prioritize the development of curricula that not only impart technical knowledge but also emphasize :

- critical thinking,

- ethical considerations, and

- the socio-political implications of technological advancements.

This holistic approach to education will cultivate a generation of individuals who are not only proficient in their fields but also conscientious about the broader impact of their work on society and the environment.

The Potential of Knowledge and Technology in Global Well-being

The existing model of knowledge society is frequently characterized by the proliferation of uncertainty in the ways that a highly advanced knowledge and technology can be used.

In particular, uncertainties associated with human activities can compromise social welfare, as shown by the socio-economic costs incurred by inadequate responses to problems such as :

- financial crises,

- depletion of natural and human resources,

- social conflicts,

- armed conflicts / wars,

- violence & crime, and

- political instability.

Technology by itself is no answer to these challenges, since it strongly interacts with socio-political and environmental contexts.

The world must aim to suggest solutions and actions that involve academic and research institutions mainly, certain critical aspects of the above scenario should be examined.

It is argued that these are best framed in the lifetime learning and self-learning paradigms, understood broadly as meaning the way that people learn continuously throughout all their lives, inside and outside formal educational organizations.

In today's knowledge society, where knowledge and technology are major powers determining the present and future conditions of our existence, it is clear that the educational and academic activities of higher education institutions must be oriented toward enhancing the well-being of the world at large.

Since human beings are the most important constituents of society, this entails that the thrust of these activities must also be the fostering of harmonious development of the human capabilities in individuals.

The term "human capabilities" includes, of course, not only economic and technological development but also the non-material values of :

- self-expression,

- creativity,

- spirituality,

- wisdom, and

- the quality of communication and cooperation at all levels.

A Holistic Approach to Sustainable Development : Addressing Hunger, Poverty, Food Loss, Food Waste, and Climate Change

 Introduction / Abstract

The world faces interconnected challenges of hunger, poverty, food loss, food waste, and climate change. Addressing these issues requires a comprehensive and integrated approach that recognizes the interdependence of social, economic, and environmental factors.

This essay explores a holistic strategy to eradicate hunger, poverty, and food waste while simultaneously combating climate change and capturing carbon.

  1. Sustainable Agriculture Practices

To tackle hunger and poverty, a fundamental shift towards sustainable agriculture practices is essential. Embracing agroecology, organic farming, and precision agriculture can enhance crop yields while preserving soil health and biodiversity. Investing in smallholder farmers and providing them with access to technology, knowledge, and financial resources will empower them to escape poverty and contribute to global food security.

  1. Efficient Food Supply Chains

Reducing food loss and waste is crucial in the fight against hunger and poverty. Improving storage and transportation infrastructure, implementing better inventory management systems, and promoting consumer education on responsible consumption can significantly minimize food losses throughout the supply chain. Moreover, creating networks for the redistribution of surplus food to those in need can help address immediate hunger concerns.

  1. Circular Economy and Sustainable Consumption

Shifting towards a circular economy in the food industry is vital to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact. Encouraging sustainable consumption patterns, such as reducing meat consumption, adopting plant-based diets, and minimizing single-use packaging, can contribute to both food security and climate change mitigation. Educational programs can raise awareness about the environmental impact of food choices and encourage individuals to make sustainable decisions.

  1. Renewable Energy Integration in Agriculture

To combat climate change, it is imperative to transition to renewable energy sources in agriculture. Solar-powered irrigation systems, wind energy, and other sustainable energy solutions can reduce the carbon footprint of farming operations. Governments and international organizations should provide incentives for farmers to adopt clean energy practices and invest in research and development for green technologies in agriculture.

  1. Afforestation and Reforestation Initiatives

Forests play a critical role in capturing carbon and mitigating climate change. Afforestation and reforestation initiatives should be promoted to enhance carbon sequestration while creating additional economic opportunities for local communities. Sustainable forestry practices, coupled with community involvement, can protect ecosystems and contribute to poverty alleviation.

  1. Climate-Resilient Agricultural Practices

As climate change poses new challenges to agriculture, promoting climate-resilient practices is essential. This includes developing drought-resistant crops, implementing water-efficient irrigation systems, and adopting precision farming techniques. Investing in research and innovation to create climate-smart solutions can enhance food security while mitigating the impacts of climate change.

Conclusion

Eradicating hunger, poverty, food loss, food waste, and addressing climate change are interconnected challenges that require a holistic and collaborative approach. By integrating sustainable agriculture practices, efficient food supply chains, circular economy principles, renewable energy in agriculture, afforestation, and climate-resilient agricultural practices, we can create a synergistic solution that not only ensures global food security but also contributes to environmental sustainability. Governments, businesses, and individuals must work together to implement these strategies, enabling a future where humanity coexists harmoniously with nature.

I am a custodian of my mind and body !

I am a custodian of my mind and body

We all are

What you choose to do with your mind and body,

Has bearings upon the world

What we choose to do with our mind and body and wealth and other resources, at our command,

Has bearings upon the world

Cause of ripple effects that traverse the globe

So let's all take an oath to be careful and responsible and conscious of what we do with all the resources at our command,

Viz, Mind, body, time, money, talents, knowledge, skills, intelligence and abilities.

We are all but divine custodians and stewards,

Nothing really belongs to us upon this earth except by the limited time period virtue of stewardship.

So it's upto us

If we make our free will to be a beautiful thing

Or a subject or an experiment of worldwide programming - of the likes of Netflix, fast life, toxic love, substance abuse and / or chemical consumption.

Let our creativity make full utilization of our true potential for the highest good of all sentient beings !

Let's bring this world from darkness to light !
Let's not be the hidden collective cause and funder for violence !

Let's strive to understand the occult cause and hidden nature of everything,

No matter how difficult and challenging it is !

Let's crack this and be the bringers of dawn !

On business, money, work, spirituality, life states, end-all, Good Vs. Evil and basically every nits and grits of the Human life ...

What I am trying to do here is to -
Running my business in a conscious, soulful way so that in my quest for money, I don't miss out on life. The thing is money making will be slow here in this case, but will be very well integrated into my life so that I get to do things I really want to do in life and also schedule my client visits and demos.

Or you can even say it's also about running a business for a lazy, laid back person who would find the way to do things out, the easy way. The right way to do things would be sometimes easy but sometimes difficult. In our quest for finding the ease of doing things and money without discomfort, there will always will be hard learnings and hard days.

In the inner life of people - People wonder, everyone always wonder if it is all worth it when you only have to die - the answer is always 'no' and everyone knows it - that is the dark aspect of human life or constant darkness, you can say but on other days it is also worth it - those are the lighter shades of life or the light aspect.

The quest is to manage and balance the duality between the two. The darkness is always gonna be there, repeat in some form or the other and the corresponding light, they alternate, these patterns alternate - you can't escape it. However much you gonna try, life is ceaseless flow that never comes to a state of conclusion.

Life takes endless turns for better and worse at the same time.

That's something that nothing / nobody can change for me, it was there since my birth and it shall remain till my death (and everyone else). Nobody can change that. Not even God.

That's the sukh-dukh cycle of life. The happiness - sadness / sorrow cycle of life.

It is important to know that the form or the cause and the way never remains the same - that is, in what form you experience this happiness or sadness, the cause that caused and causes your happiness or sadness and the way you experienced it, that is your happiness or sadness. It is a never ending ceaseless flow never coming to a state of conclusion.

That is life - either be happy about it or lament it. If that is the way things are and things shall ever be then why choose to lament it ?? When we can choose to be happy about all the while ? That is what centering oneself means, that is being in a state of equilibrium, or the state of no conclusion. If you are happy, that is not your permanent state. If you are sad, even that is not your permanent state. If you have a cause to be happy, that's great. But if you can be happy for no reason, that will be super great.

Coming  back to money, business, work or a job that you might have - the topic that I started this post with. It all ends with your death, how much ever you accumulate, and it is universal for all - Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, or Carlos Slim Helu or Koch Brothers. The element of Death is universal and common to all. Rich men are no exception ! Men / Women of other nationalities are no exceptions !

You will not reach a state of conclusion how much ever you try, life does not reach and never reaches a state of conclusion. So you can only be happy, so you can only choose to be happy about the Ebb and Flow of the tide.

Or you can strive to achieve a fierce level of independence making your existence absolutely independent of anybody, anything or any event occuring. And if you have already achieved that, then you can strengthen that state by striving to create your happiness in a state of equilibrium.

So now you are independent with your work, money, able to fulfill your needs and your life goals, with a deepened sense and state of happiness irrespective of anybody, any event or any other thing. That's the most important goal to strive for in your life, all the while safeguarding yourself from the evils of life caused by dependence on somebody's actions or dependence on somebody's part for some / any reason or some / any need.

Whatever you want, you simply take it or get it for yourself without anybody's help (assistance) whatsoever. Now that's an amazing life state. But still it won't last long on its own. It takes a lot of psychological (mental), emotional and spiritual mastery on a daily basis to maintain this kinda life-state and lifestyle.

And forgiveness is a spiritual fad, to all those who preach forgiveness - I will get a person to rape you, rob you, mob you, assault you and thug you and then ask you to forgive him !

It simply does not work that way !

Exacting your revenge is also the purpose of your life, of every life (self-preservation). Though you can forgive someone for minor things like showing up late or other things in which you were not harmed, or caused deep grievance / harassment. An eye for an eye may make the whole world blind but it does brings one, a deep satisfaction :)

Also, if we gotta fight anyways, then why not fight the evil that is occurring on our planet by usury, debt slavery, war mongering, media propaganda, truth manipulation, bombing children in Syria over oil resources and the like ?

Most of how and what life is and learning how to live is based on learning how to die ?

Live with such fierceness, such awesomeness, such conscience, such consciousness and great fire, that you have no regrets, no guilt on your deathbed.

Do everything that's supposed to be done, do everything that ought to be done, be everything, be all that you can be and live life with full force, full grace. Live with flow, live with authenticity !

Live with ferocity - No respect and  No special place for people with great beauty, fame, wealth, position, power, status or possessions, for they are mere mortals with chances of death and potential for death at a second's notice. No good can come from them, they are in as deep shit as you !

The world is a nasty place because special preferences and special treatment has been given to such people by it's various sycophants. There was no reason to treat anyone specially. In this game of life, all are doomed, sooner or later. And the people with more possessions and wealth are doomed more, for they have too much to lose. You can only pity them for their attachments are more and the evil situations resulting from them. And what unbelievable assholes they can be, and to what extent they can go to protect all that that they can lose.

The fight of a person who is fighting for his / her life will always be greater than the person fighting for mere possessions. A person with a self-preservation drive fights for survival whereas the other fights for only greed, ambition, and sport.

Adding another billion does not make any difference, much of a difference to men / women already worth billions. Their enthusiasm for exploring and experiencing life in its various colours and its various shades is long gone, dead.

Rich people only have more money. Their lives are dead, long dead with nothing left to really conquer that they have not conquered before, with nothing left to really explore that they have not explored before and with nothing left to really experience that they have not experienced before. That's all, that's about it !

That's what they are so reduce and erase their weightage from your feeble minds if you would aim to work with synergy of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual resources and channelize and steer them in the right direction of your choice.

The world needs more real commentaries, the world needs more genuine commentaries, the world needs more genuine coverage on the real states and conditions of life by sincere, dedicated, honest and fearless truth seekers with endless quest for knowledge.

For life is a mere mortal coil, waiting to expend. When the world only shows us its endless toil. It's about time to show it our endless compassion for the struggling souls still striving for the light of knowledge.

Let us all clear the way and pave the way for all by sharing in howsoever little we know, howsoever little we have.

Let's try our best to stop the evils of this cruel little mean world and the burdens it brings as all beings struggle to make their way through its thorns and thistles.

The next evolution of mankind, the next evolution of mankind's soul can only happen and occur through the light of (spiritual) knowledge and it will occur well within our lifetimes.

The illusion of 'choice' is the 'illusion' 'created' by the illusion of having 'right' knowledge which is nothing but mere propaganda.

Ignore spiritual knowledge and the world and its masses are just like 'sheep' going around to be 'prodded' by the slaughterer.

In the ignorance of your soul, in the ignorance of your spiritual nature, in the ignorance of spiritual knowledge, in the ignorance of spiritual realities of life, lies the potential for all evils, crimes and nastiness of life.

If one does not allow his / her life to be run by his / her moral compass and the light of his / her spiritual inner truth and beauty, then one is doomed and cannot blame the other for his / her illness or any other evils of their life.

I want the whole world to come to this conclusion and the light of wisdom to dawn from within just as the flower blooms naturally.

Truly rich is the person who has integrated his / her mental, physical and emotional self with the spiritual one and the person is hence, said to have arrived at 'closeness' or 'oneness' with God or (and hence,) mastery over life.

And lastly, it is openness to learn and the quest for all 'knowledge', whether material or spiritual in this ever evolving game and fight of Good Vs Evil.

Life feels like I don't have the strength to carry on any further,
Yet I am carrying on !!

Life is such that you cannot stay in depression for a long time, otherwise health problems will start. You have to be grateful to the Creator for what you have got. You have to be grateful to the Creator for what He has given you. Comparison is useless.
